There might be times during the semester when you need a little assistance. Whether you're struggling in a class or you can't get a function to work in Blackboard, you need to know where to turn for help.
Questions about the course content should be directed to your instructor and/or other students in the class. An excellent time to get your questions answered, by the way, is during your instructor's office hours.
But there are many other services that LPC offers its students that you should be aware of.
Some of these services require students to come to campus, but others don't. For example, from off-campus, you can access a counselor via email or telephone, you can access library databases on the web, and you can access Instructional Technology Student Support (the LPC technical help desk) via email, telephone or the Web.
