An A.A. degree in Geology
is the Lower Division Courses for the 4-year B.A. degree.
An A.S. degree in Geology is
the Lower Division Courses for the 4-year B.S. degree.

There are a wide spectrum of colleges that offer Geology and related Geoscience degrees -- and each school has slightly different requirements for graduation. Each prospective Geoscience student must search for the school that offers the Geoscience program that is appropriate.
