All of us owe it to ourselves to explore the powerful interconnection of body and mind in our pursuit of physical strength. By focusing on purposeful movements and being mindful of them, we can discover how that awareness can contribute to the growth of our inner (mental and spiritual) strength as well as our physical strength.
In my teaching, movement is used as a medium to integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions of health and fitness. Strength is emphasized, but it is quiet and calm.
